Terre Sainte is an old fisherman's village walking distance from Saint Pierre. This colourful neighbourhood was the original fisherman's district, which has clearly grown in size over the years. The narrow streets are covered in beautiful murals, and the small cafes add character to this little village. Theres a small beach located here, next to the old harbour, which protected by rocks so it is possible to swim safely. You cant believe this slow paced village is next door to the busy and noisy Saint Pierre. It had a chilled atmosphere with people laying under the big banyan trees, reading their books and snoozing.
